Cajun Automation is led by Scot Richard, a technology professional with over 25 years of experience in IT. Scot has spent his career solving real problems for real businesses — and he's seen firsthand the challenges companies face when new technology reshapes the landscape.

After stepping away from IT for five years, it was the explosion of AI that pulled him back. Not the hype — the potential. He saw what AI could actually do for everyday businesses, and he saw that most small and mid-sized companies had no one showing them how to use it.
